How To Brew Bones Coffee
No matter if you’re a caffeine connoisseur or just starting to build your coffee pallet, Bones Coffee is an excellent option to get your day going. Brewing Bones Coffee is surprisingly easy and doesn’t require any excessive kitchen gadgets. Here is a step by step guide on how to brew Bones Coffee at home:
Step 1: Gather Your Materials
- Your favorite Bones Coffee grounds (1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of water)
- Filter or a French Press
- Water (preferably filtered)
- Kettle or pan
- Measuring spoon or coffee scoop
Step 2: Heat your Water
Heat your water to just below boiling – 212°F (100°C). Proper water temperature is very important in order to get the best aroma and flavor out of your coffee.
Step 3: Put the Coffee Grounds in the Filter
Using the measuring spoon or coffee scoop, place the grounds into your filter, French Press or paper filter. Make sure the arrow on the scoop is pointing to the right measurement.
Step 4: Pour in the Water
Slowly pour the heated water into your filter. You should use one tablespoon of coffee for every 8 ounces of water. Stir the hot water and grounds with a spoon to ensure a even extraction of the coffee.
Step 5: Brew the Coffee
Allow the Bones Coffee to steep for 4-5 minutes. If using a French Press, press the plunger after 4-5 minutes. If using a filter or paper filter, pour the coffee into your cup.
Step 6: Enjoy Your Coffee
Now is the time to sit back and enjoy all the effort you’ve put into making the perfect cup of Bones Coffee.
