How to Cancel Your Trade Coffee Subscription
If you are no longer interested in receiving a monthly shipment of coffee from Trade Coffee, you can easily cancel your subscription. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it!
Step 1: Log into Your Account
Start by logging into your Trade Coffee account. If you have trouble remembering your password, click the “forgot password” link and reset it.
Step 2: View Your Subscriptions
Once you’ve successfully logged in, go to your account settings and click on “My Subscriptions.” This will show you any active subscriptions you have with Trade Coffee.
Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription
Find the subscription you’d like to cancel and click on the “Cancel Subscription” button. You’ll be asked to confirm your cancellation. Once you confirm, your subscription will be successfully cancelled.
Step 4: Confirm Cancellation
Next, you’ll receive an email from Trade Coffee confirming that your subscription has been cancelled. Once you receive this email, you are officially unsubscribed from Trade Coffee and will no longer receive shipments.
Before cancelling your subscription, be sure to double-check that you no longer want to receive shipments. You can always reactivate your subscription at a later date.
Note: It may take up to 5 business days for your cancellation to be processed and your subscription officially cancelled.
